Sanji
13 October 2008 @ 04:16 pm
Managing to sleep through two shifts, Sanji wakes up in time for lunch with Harley Quinn. A quick shower is then followed by a run-in with Kaku (a surprise to them both). Dinner was quiet.

And because this mun was utter fail at this time, Sanji didn't leave his room this nightshift.

Sanji tries to cheer a sullen Miss Harley during breakfast, but they sadly don't get much time together. Napping through second shift, he then has lunch with Albel, who he hasn't seen since they fought his first night. Overall, not much else happens during the day and dinner is no different.

Having spoken with Nami on the bulletin, Sanji makes his way to the Rec Field (unknowingly being followed by Chopper). They meet up with their navigator and flee from a potential attack by an an SCer into the courtyard. They make it through there and the cafeteria without incident. The kitchen is another matter as they find themselves under attack by a large and not particularly friendly alien. Nami is injured and Sanji does his best to fend it off so she can escape before following himself.

Brook has arrived, and Sanji gets the honor of introducing him to Zoro during breakfast. Afterwards comes a cute chat with Max. (How does he get these chicks' attention, anyway?) Lunch includes meeting up with Usopp and completely embarrassing himself by falling out of his chair trying to get Nami's attention. Thankfully, it still worked to the extent that he gets to speak with her in the sun room next. Dinner is uneventful.

Night time is meeting time, and Sanji makes sure to grab Zoro before the swordsman gets himself lost. Thankfully, they make it to Luffy's room without much incident, and the rest of the night is spent in a crew "meety."

After the events of the previous night, Sanji is bandaged and out of it come morning. Thankfully, help arrives in the form of one Misa-Misa, who the chef is devastated to find already taken by his own roommate. In the sun room the next shift, Zoro is not concerned with the state of his rival, but helps drag him back to lunch anyway. Back in the sun room afterwards, he finds himself once again able to spend time with a pretty lady. Dinner includes jealous thoughts towards Light and plans for the nightshift.

The promise of getting to see Misa again has Sanji ready to go the moment the doors open. He and Light go to meet her at her room first before heading back out. Their destination is the clinic to help give aid (though Sanji is still a bit wobbly himself). Once there, they find things a bit crowded and move with the twins to the room next door.

The morning of the breakfast riot, Sanji starts off trying to console a depressed Allen Walker, though he ends up slapping the kid along the way. Their conversation is interrupted by the commotion, but is put to an end before they can run to the aid of nurses as they intended. After they're all sent to their rooms, Light proceeds to break poor Sanji's little heart by denying him the right to smoke in their shared quarters. Afterwards, it's time to get squeaky clean with Obi-Wan.

His mun seems to have failed and not posted him anywhere fourth shift, but dinner is spent discussing the meaning of life with Kadaj.

There hadn't been a chance to schedule a meet-up with the crew come nightshift, but Sanji has a pretty good idea of where Nami will head for right off the bat. Sure enough, he manages to catch her as she comes through the Rec Field. Unfortunately, going any further becomes a challenge as Eve blocks their path. Taking any blow intended for Nami that he could, Sanji has difficulty staying on his feet by the time the rest of the crew shows. They head back inside to get away from Eve's fever-inducing aura, and the chef passes out. The crew (mostly Zoro) then drags the two of them to the infirmary, but aren't able to have anyone seen to before morning comes.

[The blows Sanji takes in the fight, in case they're missed due to crappy descriptions on my part, are as follows: claws to the shoulder, claws across the back, and a deep gash across the front of his left thigh.]

Mind clearer once he's awake again, Sanji is led to the chapel, where he spends some time re-introducing himself to Allen. Mum's the word on his loopiness the night before. He also takes the time to bring the exorcist an extra tray of food during brunch before wandering off and making a bit of a fool of himself in an attempt to flirt with Argilla.

His visitor shift, when it arrives, is actually quite pleasant when compared to most - meeting up with "Gary," who Sanji recognizes as Gin from Don Krieg's crew. He gets himself a pack of cigarettes and some matches from the meeting as well. This leaves him in a grand mood to chat with Nathan Petrelli afterwards, even if the poor flying man doesn't believe much of what he says. Dinner is then pretty quiet.

He's still cheerful when night arrives, cigarette now firmly between his teeth. His job is to pick up Zoro and lead him to the others who are meeting in the kitchen. But of course the two can't help but get into a scuffle along the way. Still not used to being weakened by Landel's, the two end up hurting each other a little more than they expected to. Luckily, their fight is interrupted by the entrance of Nami and Argilla. They were preparing to deal with a demon in the kitchen when the night ended.

Due to his mun being unable to keep completely away on hiatus, Sanji merely misses the bus ride into town for the field trip, starting instead in Callahan's Grocer where he meets Sasuke and Ashton. Afterwards, he helps to lead Sasuke to the hardware store, where he meets up with Nami and Luffy. The trip ends before they get anywhere else.

Sanji winds up on bus 2, where a fight with Jack Horner results in him being sedated just in time for nightshift to start. Thankfully, a helpful exorcist helps him outside and into the relative safety of Landel's. Once inside, they go towards the hall with the clinic, so that Sanji can rest off some of the sedative. It is Nami's sweet voice that later call's him back out again.

With the whole One Piece crew together, they head at once for the recreational field and then over the wall to the courtyard on the way to the kitchen. Unfortunately, once they reach their goal, they find a brainwashed friend waiting for them. Sai wastes no time knocking Sanji out for the rest of the night. (How to avoid threading with yourself: option one. ;D)

Sanji
11 November 2007 @ 05:33 pm
Sanji first wakes up after breakfast, confused and thinking Baroque Works has something to do with his current location. (Enter the cheerful male nurse.) He is lead straight off to Arts & Crafts, where he makes Usopp's day by just being alive. The sniper tries to explain things to him with only a little success. A stroll by the bulletin board later gets him in an arguement with Jack Horner, where later beatings are promised.

At lunch, with Sanji finds an insult to good cuisine everywhere, he is once again joined by Usopp and then, wonder of wonders, Zoro. Catch-up is once again attempted with slightly better results. Sanji then posts a message on the bulletin advertising his cooking abilities.

Afterwards, in the sun room, the chef is accosted by Nami (which he doesn't mind in the slightest). He tries to catch her up on things, but ends up worrying her into thinking there's no way out.

Dinner starts him out on pretty good footing with his roommate, Light, but he soon rushes out to find his crew. Unfortunately, he finds Rhode and Albel instead, just outside the sun room. As a clash of personalities is inevitable, Sanji and Albel soon end up at each other's throats. To keep innocent bystanders out of harm's way, the chef leads his opponent into one of the waiting rooms... where a crazed nurse attacks them both. Not wishing to fight the monstrous woman, Sanji turns what could have been a straightforward fight into something more difficult...
